Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage Budget.
  • Assist in preparation and development of business plans to support company growth strategies and business initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing assessment of current restaurant Support Center G&A opportunities and efficiencies making recommendations to Manager of Company Ops Finance regarding potential enhancements.
  • Assist Manager of Company Ops in consolidating all Brands into consistent, presentable formats in all reporting to provide to restaurant Leadership and Support Center teams.
  • Assist in preparation of management reporting, performance management tools/dashboards, and other information to support the restaurant Leadership Team.
  • Enhance financial analysis and reporting by creating and refining financial tools in support of cost analysis and profit opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to Support Center, Brand, and restaurant teams.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related business field.
  • 3 years' experience including FP&A, operation analysis or finance or accounting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Understanding and working knowledge of finance, project/capital assessment.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and foundational accounting principles.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence analysis and presentation tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated Ability to Automate, Re-engineer Processes, and Challenge the Status Quo.
  • Exceptional Organizational and Collaboration Skills with Ability to Prioritize and Pivot Quickly.
  • Partner with functional departments to develop financial analytical tools and solutions as required (e.g., Restaurant Accounting, Operations Analytics, etc.).
  • REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
  • 0 - 3 years' experience including FP&A, operation analysis or finance or accounting.
  • Excellent analytical acumen including financial modeling and variance analysis.
  • Strong Listening, Communication, and Influencing Skills.
  • Demonstrated Learning Agility, Critical-thinking, Troubleshooting, and
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Demonstrated Ability to Work in Teams and Collaborate Across Departments.
  • Responsive, Action-oriented, Deadline-driven, and Heightened Sense of Urgency.
