Responsibilities
- Provide an extraordinary level of support internally and externally to ensure that rights-related issues are resolved immediately.
- Maintain strong knowledge of proprietary platform technology (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, SoundCloud), along with the processes that pertain to it.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Reporting to the Associate Director, Rights Management, the Coordinator, Rights Management will be responsible for quickly resolving rights issues pertaining to client content while providing high-level internal and external support.

Requirements
- Experience in data entry, customer service, or legal fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
- Basic knowledge of copyright and current popular music landscape

Nice to have
- Fluency in additional languages preferred, but not required
