Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement using WCM methodology (creating EWO's, SMP's, MPI's, and driving completion of Kaizen's).

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of documented, repair and maintenance of industrial equipment Advanced working knowledge of AB PLC logic, Relay logic, and Servo-driven equipment
  • proficiency in troubleshooting 480 and low (24) voltage electrical systems, including VFDs, power supplies, relays, and contacts.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, systems, and controls.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and part drawings/blueprints.
  • Advanced knowledge of CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Maximo) for work order management, PM, and data analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Predictive Maintenance (PdM) tools and data analysis (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography).
  • Experience with robot automation handling and CNC equipment.
  • Minimum requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Skills

  • Service all machinery and equipment with proper lubricants, and diagnose/repair complex lubrication systems.
  • Direct and assist apprentices and other crafts in completing repairs and projects.
  • Provide technical direction and training to craftspeople, utilizing PdM and other specialized technologies.
