Drive continuous improvement using WCM methodology (creating EWO's, SMP's, MPI's, and driving completion of Kaizen's).

Minimum of three (3) years of documented, repair and maintenance of industrial equipment Advanced working knowledge of AB PLC logic, Relay logic, and Servo-driven equipment
proficiency in troubleshooting 480 and low (24) voltage electrical systems, including VFDs, power supplies, relays, and contacts.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, systems, and controls.
Ability to read and interpret complex electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and part drawings/blueprints.
Advanced knowledge of CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Maximo) for work order management, PM, and data analysis.
Working knowledge of Predictive Maintenance (PdM) tools and data analysis (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography).
Experience with robot automation handling and CNC equipment.
Minimum requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Service all machinery and equipment with proper lubricants, and diagnose/repair complex lubrication systems.
Direct and assist apprentices and other crafts in completing repairs and projects.
Provide technical direction and training to craftspeople, utilizing PdM and other specialized technologies.
