  • Rocky Mountain Bottle Company (RMBC) is a joint venture between O‑I Glass and Molson Coors Beverage Company, formed to manufacture glass containers-primarily beer bottles-close to Molson Coors' major brewing operations in Colorado.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations, including batch & furnace, forming, process, selecting, carton assembly, materials management, quality, service, and plant engineering
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, production efficiency, and cost
  • Lead furnace operations to achieve KPIs for Safety, Quality, Productivity, Flexibility, and Cost
  • Develop and support production planning, forecasting, and cost management
  • Lead, coach, and hold teams accountable to performance goals; promote strong employee relations and engagement
  • Support customer quality and service requirements through coordination with sales and customer visits as needed
  • Manage labor relations responsibilities and ensure adherence to labor agreements

Nice to have

  • Provide technical leadership in glass manufacturing processes, including high‑temperature continuous operations
  • Ensure compliance with AOQ/ISO quality systems, OSHA regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
  • Analyze operating data and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities
  • promote strong employee relations and engagement
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8 + years of manufacturing experience, with glass manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams in a continuous manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Compensation

  • The expected salary range for this position is between $126,500 - $166,000 and includes a possible 15% quarterly incentive bonus.
