- Rocky Mountain Bottle Company (RMBC) is a joint venture between O‑I Glass and Molson Coors Beverage Company, formed to manufacture glass containers-primarily beer bottles-close to Molson Coors' major brewing operations in Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations, including batch & furnace, forming, process, selecting, carton assembly, materials management, quality, service, and plant engineering
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, production efficiency, and cost
- Lead furnace operations to achieve KPIs for Safety, Quality, Productivity, Flexibility, and Cost
- Develop and support production planning, forecasting, and cost management
- Lead, coach, and hold teams accountable to performance goals; promote strong employee relations and engagement
- Support customer quality and service requirements through coordination with sales and customer visits as needed
- Manage labor relations responsibilities and ensure adherence to labor agreements
Nice to have
- Provide technical leadership in glass manufacturing processes, including high‑temperature continuous operations
- Ensure compliance with AOQ/ISO quality systems, OSHA regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Analyze operating data and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities
- promote strong employee relations and engagement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8 + years of manufacturing experience, with glass manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in a continuous manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position is between $126,500 - $166,000 and includes a possible 15% quarterly incentive bonus.
- Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
