About the role
- DoveLewis Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital is seeking a Certified or Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our Exotics Service at our nonprofit specialty and emergency teaching hospital in Portland, Oregon.
- As a Certified Veterinary Technician, you will be responsible for providing our clients with a top-notch experience as well as responsible for providing emergency nursing care to patients.
- Comfort mentoring other staff on exotic animal medicine.
Responsibilities
- Access to VTS mentorship and support.
Requirements
- A genuine love of and respect for all animals is required, as is an appreciation of the human-animal bond.
Compensation
- $28 - $36 per hour
