About the role
- Process customer's operational requests (i.e. schedule changes, courier listing requests, etc.)
- Act as the main point of contact (POC) for the 72-hour window of operation for customers, ops teams and ground ops staff.
- Communicate l information/changes to all affected stations, vendors and departments.

Requirements
- BS or BA degree in aviation or equivalent relevant experience required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Computer proficiency
- Able to successfully complete required OJT training
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Comfortable with making key decisions
- Perform well under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility with work schedule to include working nights, weekends and holidays
Nice to have
- Prior airline operations experience preferred

- Maintain AIMS operating system database with aircraft dispositions
Compensation
- $54,500 - $73,500 USD
- Competitive compensation will be offered based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity and other factors.
- In addition, a range of benefits to include medical, dental and vision insurance, employee assistance program, as well as generous paid time off, and 401K contributions are offered as a part of the total compensation package.
