About the role

  • We also manufacture packaging tools and equipment used to apply the bulk packaging materials.

Responsibilities

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products at various stages of the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality-related data.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.
  • Report and document non-conforming materials or products. Collaborate with relevant teams to address and resolve non-conformance issues.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in quality control roles within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and test results, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • These commercial packaging products are used to pack, bundle, unitize, protect, and secure goods during warehousing and transit.

Compensation

  • The hourly wage for this position starts ranges from $27.35 - $32.70 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location.
  • Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.
  • The Quality Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of products within a manufacturing environment.
  • This position involves conducting inspections, tests, and audits to uphold the highest standards of quality.
