- Our Identity team ensures that all the data Attentive captures across multiple sources is associated with the right person, critical to all downstream messaging and personalization.
- You will work closely with Product, Data Science, and Analytics.
Responsibilities
- We use multiple strategies to maintain a robust Identity graph and are constantly experimenting to drive our capture and accuracy rates higher.
- At the same time, you will contribute to multiple experiments to drive our identity capture and accuracy higher across the stack, working alongside our frontend engineers or delivering solutions for our data scientists.
- Design, build, and optimize high-scale systems that accurately resolve fragmented customer identities across first-party and third-party data sources
- Develop advanced session enrichment capabilities to enhance anonymous and known user tracking, improving attribution and personalization
- Build core matching algorithms that power real-time identity stitching, device graphing, and unified customer profiles

Compensation
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $205,000 annually + equity + benefits
