About the role
- Work closely with executive leadership to define and execute PayPal's product strategy, focusing on growth, customer satisfaction, and partnership management.
- Advocate for PayPal and Venmo in determining when and how to become involved with broad, multistakeholder initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross cutting and product teams across PayPal/Venmo to define strategy for in-store checkout and P2P experiences in the digital wallets ecosystem.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, product, technology, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Work with external partners and global partners to manage wallet partnerships and ensure PayPal and Venmo requirements and considerations are being met.
- Drive the financial performance of relevant products, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
- Collaborate with finance and analytics teams in conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses to monitor product performance and make strategic adjustments as needed.

Requirements
- Experience with leadership in successful end-to-end executions of complex, multi-faceted projects involving multiple partners (4 years)
- Fintech trends, technologies, regulatory environments, and customer needs (4 years)
- Experience influencing and driving results across all levels of an organization and communicating technical details and concepts to non-technical audiences (4 years)
- Experience with project management framework and tools (4 years)
- Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to derive actionable business insights and recommendations (4 years)
- Experience with financial system architecture including payment rails, APIs, ledger systems and reconciliation workflows, enabling effective collaboration on scalable and secure solutions (1 year)
- Integrating financial regulations into product requirements while balancing user experience, risk management and business growth (1 year)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

- The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring.
- Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Compensation
- $229,481.00-300,500.00 per annum.
- Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
