About the role

  • This is a part-time, 20 hour per week, benefit-eligible opportunity in Ozark, MO to work alongside the Physician Assistant as the sole Medical Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Operations Support
  • Support Operations.
  • Deliver Hands-On Patient Care.
  • Provide support to leadership to resolve issues and ensure a positive patient/employee experience.

Requirements

  • Physical ability to lift, pull, push, and manipulate equipment and patients.
  • Must be comfortable with front desk and back office responsibilities.
  • Registered/Certificated MA or 3+ years of MA experience required.
  • Current clinical license as required by state/national authority in good standing.
  • Current BLS or CPR Card required.

Skills

  • Proficient experience with both Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records.
  • Demonstrated current experience with Electrocardiogram (EKG), vital signs, venipuncture, capillary, and injection.
