- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion while ensuring adherence to Project management standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Coordinate and manage resources for the flawless execution of projects.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Conduct project lessons learned and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Preferred Skills: Experience with Waterfall methodologies.

Compensation
- A reasonable estimate of the annual base salary for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 + discretionary annual bonus.
