About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide direction and support to team members, fostering collaboration and ensuring that everyone is working toward common objectives.
- Maintain and accuracy of all records and reports related to the performance of the crew's operation.
- Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring costs remain within the agreed-upon limits.
- Create plans to manage timelines, identified risks, and quality control.
- maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.
- Comply with applicable federal, provincial and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Required up to 100% of the time.
- Herbicide applicator or operator's certification and license as required by Wright Tree Service of Canada and local, provincial, and federal law.
- Experience with computers focusing on Microsoft Office products.
- Has a basic knowledge of electrical circuit and must be skilled in the reading and understanding of circuit maps.
Compensation
- $100,000 to $120,0000 per year, based on experience, certifications, and commitment to on-going development.
- 100% PPE provided with annual work boot allowance.
- PPE: 100% PPE provided with annual work boot allowance.
