About the role

  • Although posted across multiple locations, we are only looking to fill ONE position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direction and support to team members, fostering collaboration and ensuring that everyone is working toward common objectives.
  • Maintain and accuracy of all records and reports related to the performance of the crew's operation.
  • Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring costs remain within the agreed-upon limits.
  • Create plans to manage timelines, identified risks, and quality control.
  • maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.
  • Comply with applicable federal, provincial and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Required up to 100% of the time.
  • Herbicide applicator or operator's certification and license as required by Wright Tree Service of Canada and local, provincial, and federal law.
  • Experience with computers focusing on Microsoft Office products.
  • Has a basic knowledge of electrical circuit and must be skilled in the reading and understanding of circuit maps.

Compensation

  • $100,000 to $120,0000 per year, based on experience, certifications, and commitment to on-going development.
  • 100% PPE provided with annual work boot allowance.
  • PPE: 100% PPE provided with annual work boot allowance.
