Responsibilities
- As a Principal Consultant within the Advisory Services, Decision Support team, you will play a crucial role in guiding the system design, implementation testing, and adoption of the Decision Support suite of our software, StrataJazz®.
- Lead strategic and operational customer interactions to ensure alignment, proactively manage issues, and deliver measurable value and satisfaction throughout the engagement.
- Mentor and develop team members, including Consultants and Senior Consultants, through active coaching, knowledge-sharing, and performance feedback.

Compensation
- Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience.
- This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
- Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role.
- $105,000 - $ 1 25,000
