Responsibilities

  • Content Calendar Optimization: Maintain the master social media calendar in Airtable, ensuring a strategic and balanced cadence across the portfolio.
  • Project Management: Act as the central intake hub for all social media requests. You will track statuses, manage follow-ups, and ensure content meets rigorous brand standards.
  • Approval Facilitation: Support end-to-end approval workflows, navigating internal sign-offs to ensure all content is compliant and ready for launch.
  • Additionally, you will manage the Hootsuite Inbox, engaging with our community and fostering professional dialogue on our owned channels based on an established engagement matrix.
  • Operational Excellence & SOPs: Optimize and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for social media publishing and community management. You will help document "the way we work" to ensure consistency across all business units.
  • Internal Training & Enablement: Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding new team members or agency partners on our internal workflows, providing training on Airtable structures and Hootsuite protocols
  • Process Design: Proven experience in creating SOPs or training documentation for digital or marketing teams.
  • Stakeholder Diplomacy: Highly collaborative with the ability to manage expectations across multiple business units and internal teams.

Requirements

  • You will manage lead times and ensure internal stakeholders provide assets within the required windows to maintain our publishing schedule.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Platform Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Airtable (for workflow architecture) and Hootsuite (for publishing and inbox management).
