About the role

  • You're sharp with a model, clear on a slide, and you use modern tools - including AI - to skip the grunt work.

Responsibilities

  • Finance is small, the ownership is real, and the numbers actually drive decisions.
  • We need a senior FP&A person to own reporting, budgets, cost analytics, board materials, and cash flow end-to-end.
  • Own the monthly reporting pack and make it good enough that people decide from it without second-guessing the numbers
  • Build the budget bottom-up with the people who own the spend, then keep us honest with re-forecasts
  • We use AI tools to support parts of our recruitment process, including resume screening, drafting job descriptions, generating interview questions, and transcription.
  • Qualified applicants must hold appropriate citizenship or documents permitting them to reside and work in Canada.

Requirements

  • CPA with 5+ years of progressive experience, with hands-on budgeting and forecasting experience.
