About the role
- The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards.
- This role oversees planning, staffing, materials, equipment, scheduling, customer communication, and overall project execution while maximizing productivity and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Safety & Compliance Maintain a safe work environment on all projects.
- Project Planning & Execution Develop and manage project execution plans.
- Lead project turnover and planning meetings.
- Manage change orders from identification through approval and billing.
- Support accurate project billing and financial reporting.
- Team Leadership Support hiring, training, development, and performance management of project personnel.
- Provide guidance and support to Project Superintendents and field staff.
- Primary Goal Deliver safe, high-quality projects on time and within budget while maximizing customer satisfaction and company profitability.
