  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee our projects in Texas, Georgia, Washington DC, Virginia, and Florida.
  • This position is full-time, with occasional travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee architectural metal projects from contract signing through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, production, and installation teams to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, general contractors, vendors, and field teams to prevent and resolve issues before they arise.
  • Track project financials, manage change orders, and issue RFIs to keep projects aligned with scope and budget.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects ranging from $300K to $2M+ in value.
  • Exciting, high-profile projects - Work on unique, luxury architectural designs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in custom steelwork, architectural specialties, or commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of architectural fabrication, installation methods, and materials.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

  • $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year based on experience
