About the role
- A successful candidate is a highly skilled engagement manager with experience in enterprise software and professional services.
- Domain experience in any of the following industries is also highly valued: government/military, supply chain, cybersecurity, intelligence.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in a related technology or consulting field.
- In-depth working knowledge of Government / Military program management.
- Bachelor's degree in technical field including Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science or a related discipline.
- Experience in using Jira, Atlassian, Slack, and other prominent software development tools.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate between the business and technical domains of a software implementation project, providing leadership in both.
- Experience in presentation and communication with senior executive stakeholders, specifically around consultative selling and positioning.
- Excellent presentation, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Active DoD Security Clearance at the Top-Secret level
- greater consideration with eligibility for TS/SCI.
- Master's or Advanced degree in technical field including Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting a small business or startup environment
- PMP certification (actively held or previously achieved)
