Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with stakeholders to determine user requirements.
  • Drives design documentation and dependency identification.
  • Builds, optimizes, debugs, refactors, and maintains high-quality code.
  • Designs and runs experiments to evaluate effectiveness of changes.
  • Partners with PMs to deliver project and release plans.

Requirements

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 7+ years software engineering experience in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, React, or Python. - OR equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years industry experience in fullstack or backend development shipping services through multiple releases.
  • Experience with the Power Platform or M365 Enterprise development.
