Own technical hiring searches - Lead full-cycle recruiting for Product, Engineering, and other technical roles.
Build high-quality candidate pipelines - Proactively source and engage exceptional talent, leveraging outbound recruiting, referrals, talent communities, and market mapping to identify top performers before they enter the market.
Drive hiring process excellence - Ensure every search moves efficiently through the funnel by maintaining strong recruiter discipline, clear communication, and rigorous stakeholder management.
Partner closely with hiring leaders - Act as a trusted advisor to Product/Engineering leaders on headcount planning, hiring strategy, organizational design, and talent market dynamics.
You can pitch the mission and build trust fast.

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring top talent for technical functions.
Proven ability to build and convert high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, relationship building, and thoughtful candidate engagement.
Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to develop hiring strategies, calibrate candidate profiles, and drive successful hiring outcomes.
Strong operational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously, leverage recruiting data, and maintain a high bar for process excellence.
A builder mentality and passion for candidate experience. You thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity, and are committed to creating a thoughtful, efficient, and candidate-centric hiring process.
