- Ensure the highest standard of patient care, safety, and satisfaction across all phases of treatment.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and Adoreal's support team to enhance the patient experience and practice performance.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging surgical techniques.
- Uphold the clinic's reputation and represent the clinic's values of excellence, transparency, and innovation.
- Board Certification in Plastic Surgery.
- Active and unrestricted U.S. medical license (or ability to obtain in California).
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build patient trust and long-term relationships.
