- The Construction Project Manager is responsible for estimating (as needed), managing, and delivering DYWIDAG's repair and strengthening projects in a safe, efficient, compliant, and high-quality manner.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day field operations for assigned projects.
- Manage schedules, manpower, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and sequencing.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Skills
- The PM assumes full ownership of projects once awarded and ensures successful execution from handoff through closeout.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Safety Leadership
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety requirements while promoting a safety-first culture in the field.
- Project Handoff & Setup
- Participate in detailed estimate-to-operations handoff meetings.
- Review awarded scope, bid assumptions, labor classifications, production rates, constraints, and budget.
- Confirm Davis-Bacon wage determinations, collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), and compliance deliverables.
