About the role

Own a core area of the consumer product end to end, from the problem to the shipped feature to the metric it moves.
Direct AI agents to prototype, analyze, and ship, and partner closely with Engineering and Design to get high-quality features out fast.
Raise the bar on retention and engagement thinking across the product org, so it shows up in how we build everything.

A track record of owning consumer products end to end and shipping work that moved a real metric.
You can talk through the data that proved it.
You work well with engineers, understand what's feasible, and can read code when it helps.

We offer above market rate pay and equity based off of the market's best commercially available data.
Your compensation will be a combination of salary, bonus and equity.
