- Position The Business Development Coordinator will provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to the GUS France International Recruitment team.
- This role is responsible for supporting Business Development Managers through the coordination of recruitment operations, CRM management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with admissions, finance, and recruitment partners.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining accurate data, and providing timely insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Business Development Managers. •Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates. •Prepare, analyze, and maintain recruitment pipeline, application, conversion, enrolment, and performance reports. •Develop management reports, dashboards, and data analyses using Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and other reporting tools. •Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide accurate operational insights to support business planning and decision-making. •Coordinate with Admissions, Finance, Marketing, and recruitment partners to ensure the timely processing of applications, offers, and student documentation. •Support agent onboarding, account management, and ongoing operational follow-up. •Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for management meetings and business reviews. •Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, reporting efficiencies, and data quality. •Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and reporting standards. •Provide general administrative and project coordination support as required.
- Requirements •Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) - Mandatory. •Must be willing to work within Canadian (EST/EDT) time zone. •Proven experience in an operations, business support, project coordination, or administrative role. •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting. •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. •Experience using Salesforce CRM or another CRM platform, with the ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
- Other information Please note this position is only available on our Consultancy agreement.
