About the role

  • The Tap Fulfillment Associate is responsible for the day-to-day execution of Overflow's physical fulfillment operations.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments from manufacturing partners.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and tracking information.
  • Perform routine inventory counts and reconciliations.
  • Support inventory audits and replenishment activities.
  • Operational Support
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
  • Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Success, and manufacturing partners to resolve fulfillment issues.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once.

Compensation

  • Pay is hourly; Overflow will share the applicable rate during the interview process based on experience.
