About the role
- T2 Tech Group is seeking an experienced Agile IT Project Manager with a deep understanding of Epic EMR systems and healthcare operations.
- This individual will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact technology projects, particularly within Epic environments, including implementation, optimization, and system enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Lead Epic-related project initiatives (e.g., implementation, optimization, integration, upgrades) using Agile project management principles. · Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Epic analysts, IT engineers, clinical staff, and leadership to define and deliver project objectives. · Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent initiatives. · Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations. · Document and track user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. · Proactively identify and mitigate risks or roadblocks to ensure project success. · Maintain alignment with compliance standards, data privacy regulations (HIPAA), and change management best practices. · Deliver timely status reports and project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership. · Cultivate strong client relationships and maintain T2 Tech's reputation for excellence in delivery.
