About the role

The Regional Director supervises Center Directors and provides strategic oversight, coaching, and technical assistance to ensure high-quality program implementation across assigned sites.
The Regional Director is responsible for maintaining safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environments
driving staff performance and accountability

Develop and implement an ongoing training plan to build staff capacity and promote continuous quality improvement.
Maintain a consistent classroom visitation schedule to monitor compliance, model best practices, review documentation, and support reflective practice.
Foster strong relationships with families and community partners, promote parent engagement as the child's primary educator.
Support research and evaluation partnerships by coordinating communication, assisting with data collection, and ensuring fidelity to funded project goals.
Maintain confidentiality of children, families, and staff while promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.

Meet Title 5 and Title 22 requirements to qualify as a fully qualified site director plus 3 units of administration and 3 units of infant care if directing an infant program.
4 to 5 years of work experience in a position with several of the duties outlined above.
3 to 4 years of work experience supervising others.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Ability to work effectively with a diversity of parents, staff and community.
Immunization records that comply with Senate Bill 792 (immunity for measles, pertussis, and influenza)
Required to be a mandated abuse reporter
Ability to provide leadership and accept responsibility
