Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the work of other staff members, including training, guidance, follow-up, and quality control.
- Prepare and file motions, complaints, and other court documents through applicable e-filing systems.
- Prepare hearing binders, trial boxes, exhibits, mailings, and other litigation support materials.
- Enter matter costs, prepare retainer requests, and accurately input client payments in Clio Support office administration, including supplies, bank runs, vendor coordination, staff meetings, software tools, and knowledge base updates.
- Coordinate with the Fort Lauderdale and Tampa offices to help maintain consistency, communication, and organization across the firm.

- This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role for someone who can manage details, support attorneys, guide staff, maintain office systems, and move work forward without constant direction.
- The right candidate will bring strong paralegal experience, practical office administration judgment, and the confidence to help implement processes, prepare reliable work product, and keep the team organized.
- The role is primarily based in the Fort Lauderdale office and will support coordination with the firm's Tampa office as needed.
- You take pride in doing things correctly, supporting your colleagues, and helping create a firm culture built on collaboration, accountability, precision, and progress.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required for occasional office-related errands, bank runs, supply coordination, and related administrative needs.
- You bring calm leadership, strong follow-through, and the ability to work with different attorney styles while staying professional, solution-oriented, and focused on the work.
Nice to have
- 8+ years of paralegal experience required, with experience in commercial litigation, corporate filings, or corporate practice support strongly preferred.
- Prior office management, staff oversight, training, or administrative leadership experience preferred.
- Experience with Sunbiz filings, entity formation, discovery, e-filing, trial preparation, and hearing preparation preferred.
- Experience with Clio or similar billing, matter management, or practice management software preferred.
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 to $115,000, depending on experience, qualifications, leadership ability, and overall fit for the role.
