- Pape-Dawson is looking for a Licensed Survey Manager to join our newly opened office in Savannah, GA.
- This position is responsible for leading the local survey department, managing all aspects of its operations, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships while identifying and acquiring new clients and projects.
- Manage, train, and mentor department members, supporting their professional growth and technical development.
- Develop and implement departmental processes and initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and make strategic decisions independently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with overtime as needed.
