Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of the IRS & DOL Code and Regulations, and experience with complex non-discrimination testing, including 401(a)(4), 410(b), and 414(s).
- Excellent problem solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, high comfort level with Microsoft Excel, and ability to meet stringent deadlines.
- What you have To ensure that we fulfill our promise of " challenging the status quo " this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Math, or Finance.
- ASPPA QKA, QPA or CPC Designation Experience with ASC testing software and FT Williams Form 5500 system.
- Project Leadership.
