About the role
- For over 30 years, Gersh Autism has empowered students on the autism spectrum to reach their full potential.
- Serving individuals aged 5-21 across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, our network of K-12 schools provides personalized education tailored to each student's unique learning style.
- Provide strategic leadership for the development and implementation of clinical and therapeutic services for education population of Gersh.
Responsibilities
- Set and uphold clinical standards aligned with regulatory requirements and current best practices in autism care and therapeutic support.
- Lead the development and monitoring of clinical protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Cultivate partnerships with external professionals and agencies to support student care and align therapeutic strategies.
- Guide data collection and analysis related to therapeutic outcomes and student progress to drive informed decision-making and continuous quality improvement.
- Our dedicated team collaborates with families to ensure academic, social, and emotional growth, preparing students for success beyond the classroom.

Requirements
- Travel between program sites is required.
- Must be able to keep students safe from themselves and others and, in some cases, may need to implement CPI (therapeutic holds) procedures.
- Must be able to remove oneself from potentially harmful situations and, in some cases, be able to lift a child.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data systems or EMRs related to clinical documentation.
Nice to have
- Master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, behavior analysis, occupational therapy, or a related clinical field (doctorate preferred).
- Licensure or certification in a relevant clinical discipline preferred (e.g., LCSW, BCBA, psychology or related field) Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorders and evidence-based interventions.
Compensation
- $50k-$65k
