About the role
- Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center.
- AIR Communities is looking for a Project Manager I who will join our eCustomer Marketing team and work at our corporate headquarters located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center in Denver, CO!

Responsibilities
- Manages small scale projects and assists on larger initiatives.
- Assembles project team, clarifies objectives, develops project plan, and manages plan execution with support from senior team members.
- Generally, manages projects with budgets between $10K - $75K consisting of 3-5 project resources.
- Plans, schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives.
- Ability to travel in support of project management duties. (Minimal)
- Collaborative, professional approach to building positive relationships across the organization.
- Ability to travel as necessary to review project progress and perform site visits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 1 year of related experience in marketing project management.
- Must be familiar with scope management, requirements gathering, project tracking, and meeting facilitation.

Compensation
- Expected base salary of $79,000- $84,000.
