About the role

  • Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center.
  • AIR Communities is looking for a Project Manager I who will join our eCustomer Marketing team and work at our corporate headquarters located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center in Denver, CO!

Responsibilities

  • Manages small scale projects and assists on larger initiatives.
  • Assembles project team, clarifies objectives, develops project plan, and manages plan execution with support from senior team members.
  • Generally, manages projects with budgets between $10K - $75K consisting of 3-5 project resources.
  • Plans, schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives.
  • Ability to travel in support of project management duties. (Minimal)
  • Collaborative, professional approach to building positive relationships across the organization.
  • Ability to travel as necessary to review project progress and perform site visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 1 year of related experience in marketing project management.
  • Must be familiar with scope management, requirements gathering, project tracking, and meeting facilitation.

Nice to have

Compensation

  • Expected base salary of $79,000- $84,000.
