Responsibilities

  • Serve as the definitive authority on our customer by combining quantitative and qualitative insights, to build a deep understanding of our product's value proposition and customer pain points that is shared with the rest of the team.
  • Partner with Culinary, Operations, and other stakeholders early in the discovery phase to co-create solutions rather than hand off requirements, motivating stakeholders by connecting their work to specific customer problems to ensure buy-in from the production floor to the executive boardroom.
  • Reporting to the Director of Product, you will own key decisions regarding the positioning, assortment, and pricing of your portfolio.
  • You will help define the "What" and the "Why" of our menu, building a strategic roadmap to deliver an experience that drives long-term customer retention and brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • A customer-centric mindset: you have the ability to identify unmet customer needs and pain points
  • Physical Product Fluency Deep understanding of product discovery and delivery frameworks with a proven track record of applying them to a physical supply chain.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field (e.g., Food Science).

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management or Product Development, ideally within a food manufacturing, D2C subscription, or FMCG environment.
