Rebuild performance management: Lead the overhaul of how performance is run-goal setting, review cycles, and calibration-from design through rollout.
Reset the cadence: Move the performance model to a rhythm that drives the organization forward without consuming it, evolving away from a heavy quarterly cycle.
Own job architecture: Shape how roles, levels, and career paths are organized across the company.
Define and cascade goals: Build the framework for setting goals and cascading them from the company level down through every team.
Measure performance across functions: Design meaningful KPIs and performance measures for teams where success isn't purely metrics-driven-from HR to legal to operations.
Work hands-on: Design and implement programs yourself, drawing on support from the broader People team rather than a large team of your own.
A strong command of job architecture, KPI design, and cascading goals across an organization.
A hands-on operator who is as comfortable designing the system as doing the work to implement it.

6+ years of experience running performance and talent management programs end to end-goal setting, performance cycles, calibration, and rollout.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package.
