For CA-Based Applicants The base salary for this position is $150,000 - $230,000, depending on level (Manager or Senior Manager) and experience.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of stock options.

Own the budgeting and forecasting cycle end-to-end, including preparation of monthly management discussion and analysis at close.
Continuously identify and implement improvements to forecasting methodology, refining your approach over time.
Partner with GTM, Business Operations, and Product teams on driver-based revenue models, KPI frameworks, and financial performance analysis.
Lead preparation of Board presentations, weekly/monthly business reviews, and ad hoc financial analyses.
Partner with Business Operations and Engineering to build scalable, AI-assisted financial reporting and planning infrastructure.
Support the evolution of Instawork's finance function toward public-company readiness in process, controls, and reporting.
Support ad hoc financial analyses as needed across the organization.

As a Manager or Senior Manager on the Finance team, you will drive the financial management of the business - from budgeting and forecasting to strategic planning and reporting - while helping build the AI-enabled workflows that will define how modern finance teams operate.
You will partner with senior leaders across the company to drive key decisions on operations, strategic initiatives, and resource allocation, and serve as a pivotal leader within a lean, high-velocity Finance organization.

7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or a related role
advanced Excel skills required.
Strong working knowledge of GAAP
Comfortable operating between detail-oriented analysis and big-picture strategic thinking - you can "see the forest from the trees."
You communicate with clarity, candor, and the ability to translate complex financial narratives for non-finance audiences.

For CA-Based Applicants The base salary for this position is $150,000 - $230,000, depending on level (Manager or Senior Manager) and experience.
Build and maintain detailed financial projections supporting the annual operating plan, long-range strategic plan, and rolling forecasts.
Partner closely with Accounting on monthly close, annual audit, and implementation of new systems and processes.
