Responsibilities
- Performs comprehensive speech therapy evaluations, treatment and related follow-up services, including discharge planning.
- Develops a treatment plan with measurable goals based on patient assessment.
- Trains and educates patients and family members or other support, and documents understanding of treatment plan and goals.
- Documents and submits patient reports and charges within the established timeframe.
Requirements
- Required Master's Degree Speech
- Speech Pathologist (SPE) - State Licensing Board
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) - ASHA (American Speech-Lanuage-Hearing Association)
- Never or Rarely
