- This position follows the Company's hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of three days per week: Addison, TX or Durham, NC.

Responsibilities
- Experience designing and building high-impact, high-performance, scalable, observable, and maintainable backend services and APIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must be eligible to obtain the FedRAMP security clearance at a minimum
- Experience with React, Javascript, or typescript
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform and other infrastructure technology
- Experience with modern software engineering development and automation tools like git and Jenkins
- Has knowledge of a variety of modern software frameworks (server side & browser side) and the versatility to learn new tools
- CS Degree preferred
Nice to have
- Knowledge of at least one of Golang (preferred), Node.js, Python, Ruby, Rust, or Java
Skills
- Proficient with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot)
Compensation
- The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $191,000 to $293,000.
