Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with engineering, design, QA, operations, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
- Gather, prioritize, author, and manage product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with geographically distributed cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Partner with stakeholders to support product adoption, training, and release readiness.
- Demonstrated experience building a product from scratch, from ideation to launch.
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall industry experience.
- Experience in pharma, life sciences, or a product management role supporting pharma-related solutions.
- Strong knowledge of pharma manufacturing processes and operational workflows.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including FDA, EMA and MHRA regulations.
- Experience working with or delivering products in the context of MES, LES, QMS, and CMMS, CTMS, IRT platforms.
- Hands-on experience with product management tools such as Jira and Aha.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering software in regulated environments leveraging AI capabilities.
- Background in digital transformation, manufacturing systems, or enterprise SaaS.
- Familiarity with cloud native software development, validation, audit readiness, and change control processes.
