As our primary Treatment Coordinator, you will act as the ultimate patient advocate, driving case acceptance and ensuring financial clarity by: Presenting and coordinating comprehensive treatment plans and timelines with absolute confidence.
Preparing, explaining, and securing financial arrangements, payment timelines, and fee schedules.
Navigating dental insurance benefits, verifying eligibility, and presenting clear copay estimates.
Handling financial conversations and treatment objections comfortably, empathetically, and effectively.
Being actively present during comprehensive exams to understand the clinical scope and patient needs.
Following up diligently on large treatment plans, pending cases, and unscheduled care.
Coordinating specialist referrals and seamless inter-office communication.
Supporting front-office operations, including answering phones and processing payments as needed.
