About the role

Job Description Strategic Analytix is looking for a motivated Business Financial Professional (BFP) to join our diverse and talented team of specialists.
Coordinate financial data with appropriate Government officials, such as Business Financial Managers, Program Managers, Contract Managers, Contracting Officers and Contracting Specialists.

Aid in analyzing and developing improved policies, plans, methods, procedures, and systems of acquisition management.
Assist with the interpretation of requests for data and facts, prepare tasking requests, point papers, briefing charts, documentation, and other document for Government review.

Skill Level 1: Four (4) years of DoD, IC, or 6 (six) years of combined DoD, IC and commercial experience in purchasing or finance required.
Skill Level 2: Eight (8) years of DoD, IC, or ten (10) years of combined DoD, IC and commercial experience in purchasing or finance and a Bachelor's Degree with a business focus is required.
Skill Level 3: Twelve (12) years of DoD, IC or fourteen (14) years of combined DoD, IC and commercial experience in purchasing or finance and a Bachelor's Degree with a business focus is required.

Four (4) years of DoD, IC, or 6 (six) years of combined DoD, IC and commercial experience in purchasing or finance required.
NSA's financial management system and its interfaces (currently FACTS, CMIS and CDW) experience is preferred.
In lieu of two (2) years of experience, an undergraduate degree with a business focus is acceptable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to include creating formulas and pivot tables is required.
Eight (8) years of DoD, IC, or ten (10) years of combined DoD, IC and commercial experience in purchasing or finance and a Bachelor's Degree with a business focus is required.
Experience in the preparation of reports that reflect programs/project status in areas of cost, schedule and performance is required.
Experience in budget planning, budget preparation and budget execution for acquisition programs is required.
NSA's financial management system and its interfaces (currently FACTS and CMIS) experience is preferred.

Business Financial Professional (BFP) Requirements Assist with the validation/completion of Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs).
Assist the Government Business Contract Management Offices with conducting the End of Year activities.
Pull Financial Reports and Data from customer systems and utilized established acquisition ad financial management policies.
Coordinate and schedule financial reviews.
Compile, prepare and assist in program and budget information.
Analyze financial data and transactions for appropriate use.
Qualifications Clearance Level TS/SCI level clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.

Create and maintain spend plans in the customers financial management system Assist Government Program Managers (GPMs) in tracking requirements through execution by tracking and monitoring requisitions through the approval and certification process and to the subsequent destination.
