About the role
- The VIP Manager plays a pivotal role in cultivating enduring relationships with our esteemed high-value clients.
- The VIP host is a one stop shop for all problems the portfolio customers are facing.
- This role requires a strong capacity for empathy, exceptional communication abilities, and an intricate grasp of VIP preferences, desires & anticipations.
Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring and analysis of the VIP database to optimize players' experience throughout their engagement lifecycle.
- Demonstrates the ability to achieve exceptional results and deliver outstanding services within tight timelines.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience managing a portfolio of accounts.
- Experience within the online entertainment industry (online casino/social games/mobile games).

Compensation
- The salary range for this role is CAD 85,000 to CAD 100,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications and location.
