About the role
- PMA Consultants is currently seeking multiple Project Schedulers for assignment with a transportation client in the New York City metropolitan area.
- This role will be a full onsite role in downtown New York City.
- Successful candidates for these positions will be responsible for creating and maintaining all phases of the project and program schedules as well as periodically conducting field visits for their assigned construction projects.

Requirements
- must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, transportation, construction, or project management.
- Minimum 7 years of related experience in a large, multi-faceted organization.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- Knowledge of basic civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering principles.
- Proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6
- knowledge and familiarity with Cloud and/or EPPM version is helpful.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.

- Design and construction.
- Project scheduling and CPM techniques.
- Construction methods and standards.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Preferred but not required: railroad experience, Power BI, PMI-SP, and PMP certifications. Field experience, onsite construction experience also helpful.

Compensation
- $113k-$155k
