About the role
- You'll work closely with our co-founders and leadership team, with the opportunity to grow into a senior operations role over time.
- This is a unique role where you'll be the primary user of the Paraform platform, and have immense impact on product development: We've rapidly scaled to 60+ headcount by "dog-fooding" Paraform to leverage specialized recruiter networks to source elite talent.
- You'll also be highly visible as the first team member many candidates interact with, serving as a direct extension of our brand.
Responsibilities
- Design and run an efficient hiring process that attracts and converts top candidates
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by actively sourcing through Paraform and other targeted channels aligned with where top talent congregates
- Lead candidate assessment end to end, focusing on motivation, role alignment, and long-term potential rather than checklist screening
- Manage offers and closing in collaboration with founders and hiring managers
- Lead and execute cross-functional projects across people and business initiatives
- Partner with marketing and operations to plan and run events

- Continuously evolve hiring workflows, tools, and systems to improve signal quality, speed, and scalability
