Responsibilities
- Lead and support audits, assessments, and program improvements across a wide range of safety disciplines, including electrical safety, machine guarding, confined space, emergency preparedness, and robotics safety
- Partner with clients to identify compliance gaps and implement practical, sustainable corrective actions
- Deliver training, field coaching, and targeted assessments to support improved safety performance
- Build trusted client relationships that drive repeat business and exceed expectations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high ‑ quality project delivery
Requirements
- Strong understanding of US federal, state, and local EHS regulations

Compensation
- For the Managing Consultant, Heath and Safety position, the anticipated annual base pay is $103,872-$130,886 (USD).

- Mentor and support project teams while helping grow ERM's Health & Safety practice in the Northeastern US
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline
- 4 + years of relevant health and safety consulting or industry experience
- Master's degree or equivalent advanced education
- Develop and implement health and safety strategies across areas such as risk assessment, safety management systems, industrial hygiene, chemical management, and process safety
- Continuously develop technical, leadership, and consulting skills through internal and external learning opportunities
- This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
