About the role

- Vestcom, a standalone business unit of Avery Dennison, is looking for a Machine Operator to join our production team.
- In this role, you aren't just pushing buttons-you are the "pilot" of your equipment.
Responsibilities
- Own Your Production: Setup and operate label machines to meet daily deadlines with a "zero-defect" mindset.
- Drive Precision: Monitor close tolerances and use our ERP system to log materials and time accurately.
- Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, always prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your teammates.
- We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital, and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.
Requirements
- Must have one to two years related experience and/or training.
- Must have strong mechanical skills to analyze and operate label machine equipment.

- Starting Hiring rate: $18/hr plus shift differential for Night shifts
- $18/hr plus shift differential for Night shifts
