Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify workforce priorities and define the analytics needed to inform decisions.
- Deliver analytics, dashboards, and reporting that support workforce priorities including retention, talent planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Work with HRIS, IT, and analytics partners to ensure data quality and effective solutions.
- Build and improve scalable reporting and dashboards that increase visibility into workforce trends.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, analytics, business, organizational psychology, information systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, workforce planning, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Power BI or similar tools.
- Analytical mindset and experience with Power BI or similar tools.
- Comfort with ambiguity and helping define the right question and answer.
Nice to have
- Experience with predictive analytics, workforce planning, or retention analysis.
- Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, automation, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and ethical use of workforce data.
- Insurance industry experience preferred.
- US Work Authorization
