About the role
- US - Seattle only: This position is open to candidates in the Seattle area.
- You will have a hybrid remote/in-office schedule where you will work from our casual, pet-friendly office at least 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Analyze team performance and deliverables to evaluate the effectiveness of training design and delivery to determine areas for improvement, additional training, and coaching.
- Leverage insights from stakeholders and data to create, update, and deliver training to meet the evolving needs and requests of the business.
- Partner with leaders and teams across the organization to ensure teams are working collaboratively and in sync towards shared goals.
- Team and Project Support
- Build and maintain effective relationships within the team and with stakeholders across the business.
- Supports leaders and team members to drive team growth, evolution, and change adoption.
- Coach, mentor, and advise team members to support development in instructional design, project management, and facilitation.

Requirements

Skills
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to think creatively beyond the limits of convention or existing solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3+ years' experience leading others.
- The base salary range for this position is $82,500 - $92,500 on a full-time schedule.
- Along with base compensation, Trupanion employees are currently eligible for monthly bonuses.
