Responsibilities
- You will also manage a high risk caseload.
- This is a building based opportunity at our local office in the heart of Peoria.
Requirements
- RN; 2 year Degree.
- Experience working with children and families.
- Valid Driver's license and a car are required.
- Client care documentation required.

- As a Medical Case Manager RN you will receive any children taken into DCFS custody with in 24hrs.
- You are considered the health works lead agent and will immediately request all medical records and made aware of any conditions of any child in your custody.
- This will include immunization, dental and vision care.
- Our client is a Non Profit Organization attached to Human Services; you will provide medical assistance to the community with your cases coming into the building to see you upon your request.
