Responsibilities

  • Xometry is looking for an Analytics Engineer II to own the transformation layer and gold standard of reporting at Xometry.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust data models (using dbt) that serve as the foundation for all company reporting.
  • Partner with Data Engineers to optimize ingestion and ensure the reliability of our data warehouse and query optimization
  • Maintain a high-quality data dictionary to ensure everyone in the company speaks the same "data language"
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining production-grade data models and transforming raw data into clean, actionable datasets
  • Ability to build and maintain dashboards in tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience within data analytics, analytics engineering, or data engineering
  • Proficiency in writing complex, performant SQL for data transformation and analysis
  • Practical experience with dbt for modeling and GitHub for version control
  • Must be able to work core aligned hours to US Eastern Time / GMT-5

Compensation

  • The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $76,000 - $86,000 annually + bonus depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.

  • For US based roles: Xometry participates in E-Verify and after a job offer is accepted, will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
