About the role
- Highlights Take on PNL of a team of 4, currently performing at $41k PPH.
- Mentorship from Global Brand Director. $80-120k base + team override + $500-750k equity proceeds.
- Relocation Assistance (UK / OZ to US or State to State) Scale brand to 12+ heads across entry level & experienced talent in the next 12/8 months.

- This pivotal role will help drive the success and expansion of our Harper Harrison through 2025 and beyond.
- People Management responsibilities of existing team & build of new market.
- BD / Job flow support from Commercial Team.
- Proven track-record of success building a recruitment desk mentoring or managing a team buildout.
Requirements
- Sales and Recruitment experience required.

- 10.5% through 2028.
